Agility is an exciting sport that goldens
absolutely love. It exercises the mind and body of both the golden
and handler. Goldens learn to
maneuver through tunnels, balance on a teter-toter and balance
beams, climb tall boards, jump long jumps and tall jumps and
decorative tires, and pivot this way and that. After learning all
the different obstacles the golden must learn to follow the
directions of his handler to avoid traps and enter the correct
obstacle in the correct sequence. The course is finished in about 60
seconds. It's an exciting event to participate with and an
exciting event to watch. Several of our members are involved with
